Redweld^® supports suppliers who are committed to the environment by using environmentally-friendly “green” products and methods in the manufacturing of all Redweld^® paper products.  Everyday in our society, we have the opportunity to recycle.  As a company, we have chosen to control our impact on the planet and improve our quality of life.  Thanks to the efforts of the paper industry and millions of concerned citizens, 56% of paper products were recycled in the United States in 2007 and 2008 is expected to be even better.

Our paper products are made from the finest recycled materials --products made from virgin wood products mixed with pre-consumer and post consumer wastes. Post consumer waste products are made from gathering and recycling used paper and wooden fibers.  Redweld’s^® commitment to our customers is to buy paper only from suppliers certified by and approved by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®); the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) and other organizations, to protect our forests for generations to come.

Pressboard Folders – 60%  total recycled with 30% Post Consumer Waste

Redweld^® Expandable Files –recycled with 10% Post Consumer Waste and up to 30% total recycled content; acid free.

Patent Folders –recycled with 10% Post Consumer Waste and up to 30% total recycled content; acid free.

Report Covers – recycled with 30% Post Consumer Waste and 100% recyclable.
